Welcome to Mystery Worshipper reporting, where you will find essential information and the documents you need to go Mystery Worshipping. If you haven't filed a Mystery Worshipper report before, please click the "Things you need to know" link below before you go any further.
Things you need to know – this page quickly guides you through the process, from choosing your church through to filing your report.
The questionnaire – Mystery Worshipper reports are written by completing an online questionnaire. Print out your own copy and study the questions in advance.
The calling card – all Mystery Worshippers leave a calling card in the collection plate during the church service. You'll find your card here.
Handy checklist – take this short list (in PDF format) to the service as a quick and easy reminder of the important things you need to do before leaving the church (also in HTML).
