Questionnaire
  The checklist

Print out and take this quick checklist to the church service (the list is also available in PDF format, for easy printing). Some sections of the questionnaire call for specific information, and this checklist handily includes them all.

Go through points 4 to 7 before you enter the church. And don't leave the church until you've run through points 8 to 11. Thanks!

Before the service

1. What time is the service? Make sure you get there on time!

2. Take a copy of the calling card with you.

3. Are you going to take a picture of the church? Don't forget your camera!

During the service

4. Remember to note down the exact opening words of the service.

5. Also note the names of books in the pews used in the service.

6. Take note of the musical instruments used in worship.

7. Please time the sermon to the nearest minute.

After the service

8. Remember to stand around looking lost for about 5 minutes.

9. Sample the coffee or other refreshments.

10. Make sure you have the names of the people who led the service.

11. Remember to take a picture of the church!
