Don't
cry for him, Argentina |
Augustine
the Aleut, one of our most well-traveled Mystery Worshippers,
has returned from a recent trip to Buenos Aires with a notebook
full of impressions of the Anglican cathedral as well as several
Roman Catholic churches. While there, he struggled to understand
the porteņo Spanish that no amount of schooling can prepare
one for, and (alas) had to deal with a camera thief as well!
Read all about his encounters with pew confession, pearls
and Prada, hugs and kisses, tattooed waitresses, priests in
mufti, inquiries regarding work in Canada (and prayers to
San Cayetano for same), and San Roque and his faithful dog.
